    We offer an array of medical courier services such as: Same-day or next-day delivery of medical supplies Specimens Equipment Urine samples Bloodwork and biopsies Prosthetics and implants Confidential medical documents Transport of organs for transplantation Medical prescriptions In addition, we offer custom services to our clients to ensure that we are meeting their business needs so if there is a unique request we will accommodate it.

    We currently serve the following counties in IL: Cook Champaign DuPage Kane Kendall Lake McHenry Will Winnebago We are constantly expanding our reach so if your county is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to add new areas to our portfolio.
  • How do I schedule a medical courier service?
    After the initial intake call, you will be able to schedule all services online, via phone, or through our mobile app.
  • How do I track my medical courier service?
    You can track your services online or through our mobile app.
  • Do you provide same-day or rush delivery options?
    Yes, we can accommodate either service as needed.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
  • How do you ensure the safety and security of medical items during transportation?
    Ensuring the safety and security of medical items during transportation is crucial to maintain their efficacy and prevent damage or loss. Below are some key ways we ensure safety: Use appropriate packaging: Medical items should be packed in appropriate containers that provide cushioning, support, and protection from external factors such as vibration, moisture, and temperature changes. The packaging we use is designed to withstand rough handling during transportation. Use tamper-evident seals: Tamper-evident seals should be used to secure the packages and deter any unauthorized access. The seals are easy to inspect for any signs of tampering upon delivery. Use temperature monitoring devices: Temperature-sensitive medical items such as vaccines, blood products, and diagnostic specimens should be transported using temperature-controlled containers that are equipped with monitoring devices. Our devices can track the temperature during transportation and alert the logistics team if there is any deviation from the acceptable range. Employ trained personnel: Green Traction LLC personnel handling the transportation of medical items is trained and knowledgeable about the requirements for safe transportation. They are trained in emergency response procedures to handle any unforeseen events. Use tracking technology: We utilize tracking technology such as GPS to track the location of the medical items during transportation. This allows the logistics team to monitor the movement of the items and ensure they arrive at the intended destination on time.
  • What is your process for handling lost or damaged items?
    Immediate notification: As soon as we are made aware of a lost or damaged item, we notify the sender and recipient of the item. We also conduct an internal investigation to determine the cause of the loss or damage. Evaluation of liability: We evaluate our liability based on the terms of our service agreement with the sender and determine whether we are responsible for the loss or damage. Communication with insurance: If we are liable for the loss or damage, we communicate with our insurance provider to determine the appropriate compensation to the sender and/or recipient. Replacement or reimbursement: We either replace the lost or damaged item or reimburse the sender and/or recipient for the value of the item. We work closely with the sender and/or recipient to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution. Process improvement: We use the incident as an opportunity to identify areas for improvement in our transportation process to prevent future losses or damages. There is no cost for the service due to the inconvenience. At Green Traction LLC, we take the responsibility of handling medical items very seriously, and we do everything possible to ensure that items are delivered safely and on time. However, in the rare event of a loss or damage, we have a clear process in place to address the issue promptly and fairly.
  • Do you offer any senior care services in addition to medical courier services?

  • How do I schedule senior care services?
    Currently all senior care services must be schedule over the phone by calling 630.537.0018 We are working to make these services available for online booking and via the mobile app.
  • Are your senior care services covered by insurance?
    Yes, some of our services are. A senior intake specialist can assist with all insurance and payment questions.
  • How do I pay for your services?
    All services must be paid for online unless we have a service agreement in place.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my medical courier or senior care service?
    Please call us at 630.537.0018 to cancel all services.
